The Department of Animal Production at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah organized a workshop in the Directorate of Whale Cultivation on the utilization of rough feed and improvement of productive efficiency in feeding buffaloes. The workshop, which was attended by Prof. Dr. Emad Falah Hassan, Assistant Prof. Dr. Jalal Akili Yusr, Assistant Prof. Dr. Falah Abdel Mohsen, and teacher Dr. Faleh Hassan Hamad, included an explanation of how to take advantage of poor rough feeds in feeding buffaloes and converting them into feeds of high nutritional value. And good through the use of additives such as urea. The workshop, which was attended by buffalo breeders in the region, recommended inviting the directorates of agricultural extension and breeders to follow up and apply the modern methods reached by the research of the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra on the benefit of converting poor fodder into good fodder.
