A master's thesis at the College of Agriculture of Universityof Basrah  discussed the effect of adding organic fertilizer and boron on the growth and yield of potato plants. The message of the researcher Kawthar Abdul Latif Abadi included two factors of organic fertilizer and four concentrations and spraying with boron and four concentrations The thesis aims to identify the best level of organic fertilizer and the best concentration of boron spray, which achieves a significant increase in the characteristics of the quantitative and qualitative yield. The thesis concluded that the level of 16 kg hectares is the best level for adding organic fertilizers, as well as spraying with boron at a level of 75 gm liter, and the interaction between them led to an increase in most indicators of vegetative growth and quantitative and qualitative yield. The thesis recommended the adoption of level 16 of organic fertilizer and a concentration of 75 gm of boron spray to achieve a significant increase for most of the studied traits.
