The Department of Animal Production at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra organized a workshop on the uses of artificial intelligence software (particularly Chat-GPT) in the field of scientific research, which was intended for postgraduate students and researchers.

The workshop aimed, in the theoretical aspect, to explain artificial intelligence and its most important programs known in the field of scientific research, in addition to explaining the most important modern artificial intelligence sites such as Chat-Bing, while the focus was on the artificial intelligence site Chat-GPT, which was recently launched by OpenAI American, in terms of its difference from other sites and software and its capabilities and applications in the field of scientific research.

The workshop, in which Assistant Professor Dr. Adnan Jabbar Jadoua Al-Kanaan lectured, included the practical aspect of the Chat-GPT website and presented its capabilities in the field of scientific research, such as obtaining information and answers quickly, giving scientific ideas, summarizing and rephrasing phrases, in addition to statistical analysis.
