The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced in an official letter the mechanism for rotating and filling study seats for postgraduate studies 2025-2026. The Deanship of the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra also announced the vacant seats on the private expense channel for postgraduate studies in the college, as shown below:
