College of Agriculture held a marine culture workshop, which was held by the Aquaculture Unit and the Department of Fisheries and Marine Resources in cooperation with the Division of Continuing Education in the College of Agriculture. The College of Agriculture followed by the stadium, Dr. Adel Yaqoub Youssef, giving his lecture under the title Natural and Artificial Reproduction of Gray Pea Fish, followed by a lecture from the Assistant Professor, Dr. Fish in salty waters. The stadium, Dr. Majid Makki, Director of the Farming Unit, mentioned that there were four more lectures on the next day, followed by a session discussing recommendations and submitting them to the competent authorities on the necessity of starting estuarine and marine fish farming projects in Basra Governorate.
