Within the framework of applying for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025 for the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra and to enhance academic excellence, 58 male and female students took the competitive examination for admission to master’s and doctoral programs. This large turnout confirms the college’s reputation and the quality of its academic programs, and also reflects the graduates’ ambition to obtain advanced scientific degrees.

During the exam, applicants' abilities were tested in the various fields of the college's specializations for the eight scientific departments. The students demonstrated a high level of knowledge and competence, which qualified them to compete for available seats in graduate programs.

These results are a reflection of the quality of education and scientific research at the College of Agriculture, which constantly seeks to develop its programs and modernize its facilities in line with the latest developments in the agricultural field. The college's leadership and administrative teaching staff are looking forward to attracting more distinguished students in the next stage.
