Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Awda Manea, a lecturer in the Department of Plant Protection at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, participated as a member of the committee to discuss a master's thesis for researcher Ghaith Mohammed Ghaib Al-Ammari, from the Department of Biocontrol Technologies at Al-Musayyab Technical College, Middle Euphrates Technical University. The thesis was titled "Evaluating the Efficiency of Some Biocontrol Elements in Inducing Systemic Resistance to Protect Cucumber Plants from Root Rot Disease."
