Today, the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra received a delegation from UNICEF, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation with international and global organizations. The visit aimed to discuss prospects for future cooperation, particularly in the field of water station maintenance and development.

The visit included a field tour of the college's research station and aquaculture unit, where the delegation was briefed on available capabilities and existing research programs.

Both parties expressed their keenness to open new horizons for cooperation. They agreed to exchange visits during the next phase and develop a practical plan to organize cooperation mechanisms that contribute to supporting development projects and enhancing the benefit from shared expertise.
