The faculty members, including the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Sarmed Ghazi Muhammad, Professor Dr. Ammar Badran Ramadan, and Dr. Ilham Nasser Kazim, from the Department of Food Sciences at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra, received a letter of thanks from the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, in recognition of their efforts in publishing their research in Scopus-Q1 and Web of Science journals with an impact factor.

This honor comes in recognition of their effective contributions to supporting the research process and their commitment to raising the academic and scientific level of the University of Basra and strengthening its position in international rankings.
