The College of Agriculture at the University of Basra organized a scientific workshop entitled "Production of Biopolymers from Animal and Plant Proteins and Their Applications in Food Systems."
The workshop, presented by Dr. Raghad Rahim Ali, Dr. Lina Samira Mohammed, and Dr. Shireen Fadhil Abbas, aimed to explore the possibility of producing polymers from animal and plant proteins, the physical and chemical properties of proteins, the restoration of proteins to their natural structure after coagulation under specific conditions, and the importance of plant proteins (cereals) in polymer production.
