Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim Al-Asadi, the College of Agriculture participated in the central ceremony held by the university to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the martyrdom of the Victory Leaders. The ceremony included the unveiling of a memorial mural dedicated to the martyred leaders at the university's main gate in the Karma Ali area.

On behalf of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Muhammad Al-Shawi, the college was represented at the event by Professor Dr. Muhsin Abdul-Hay Dashar, accompanied by several deans, faculty members, and staff, expressing their pride in this national occasion.

The ceremony included the unveiling of a commemorative photograph by the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi, on behalf of the President of the University of Basra. A large gathering of deans, faculty members, and university students attended to remember the heroism of those who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
