Based on the academic calendar approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra commenced final examinations today for first-year students for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The examinations encompassed all academic departments for the morning program, in addition to evening students in the Department of Animal Production. The college administration provided a conducive academic environment to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examinations.

The Dean, Professor Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Mohammed Al-Shawi, commended the students' discipline and adherence to ministerial directives, emphasizing that the college dedicated all its resources to providing an ideal examination environment that guarantees student comfort and accurate performance.
