On the sidelines of the field visit by the two ministerial evaluation teams tasked with assessing the Bachelor's degree programs in the Department of Soil Science and Water Resources and the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, the Dean of the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra honored the ministerial committees by presenting them with letters of appreciation, in recognition of their scientific and professional efforts within the framework of program accreditation procedures.

This honor came in appreciation of the meticulous role played by the committees in reviewing the documentation and files related to the two programs, and in conducting on-site visits to assess the scientific capabilities, infrastructure, and human resources. This strengthens the college's progress towards achieving quality standards and academic accreditation, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority.

The Dean of the College affirmed that this honor represents recognition of the sincere efforts that contribute to developing academic programs and enhancing their outcomes. It also reflects the depth of cooperation between the College of Agriculture and the relevant ministerial bodies, serving the pursuit of quality and academic excellence.
