Assistant Professor Dr. Alia Ziyara Hashim, in the Food Science Department at the College of Agriculture, University of Basrah, has been promoted to the rank of Professor. She was granted this academic title after fulfilling all the requirements for academic promotion stipulated in the Promotions Law.

It is worth noting that Professor Dr. Alia Ziyara Hashim specializes in protein chemistry within the Food Science Department.
