The National Council for Accreditation of Agricultural Colleges extends its warmest congratulations to the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim Al-Asadi, to the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Muhammad Al-Shawi, and to the Head of the Department of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Professor Dr. Khalida Salem Khudair, on the occasion of the department's program receiving full program accreditation.
