The College of Agriculture at the University of Basra organized a seminar entitled “The Effect of Humic Acid on Some Growth and Yield Characteristics of Wheat.”

The seminar, presented by researcher Hadeel Nahi Naeem, aimed to demonstrate the role of humic acid in improving wheat growth by increasing nutrient absorption efficiency and stimulating biological activity, which positively impacts growth and yield indicators.

The study also addressed the importance of using this acid to improve soil properties and increase crop productivity, especially under changing environmental conditions, emphasizing its adoption as a modern method to enhance agricultural production and achieve higher quality.
