The College of Agriculture at the University of Basra witnessed a distinguished sporting event: a match between faculty members from the College of Agriculture and their counterparts from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in the final of the Dean's Cup.

The event was held under the patronage and in the presence of the University President, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim Al-Asadi, and with the attendance of several deans from other colleges. The sports hall at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences hosted the match, which reflected the strong bonds of cooperation and communication between the university's colleges.

At the conclusion of the event, the University President emphasized the importance of holding such sporting activities, which contribute to strengthening interpersonal relationships among faculty and staff, as well as their role in fostering a positive university work environment and developing a spirit of teamwork.

These events are part of the College of Agriculture's efforts to support extracurricular activities and enhance the presence of sports and cultural activities within the university community.
