Dr. Najla Hussein Mohammed, a lecturer in the Plant Protection Department at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Professor. She was granted this academic title after fulfilling all the requirements for academic promotion stipulated in the Promotions Law.
