A faculty member from the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra participated in a doctoral dissertation discussion at the University of Karbala.

Dr. Lamia Mahmoud Salman, a lecturer in the Field Crops Department at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, participated as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee for researcher Amir Sadiq Obaid Shatei, in the Field Crops Department at the College of Agriculture, University of Karbala. The dissertation was titled: “The Effect of Planting Dates and Gibberellic Acid Spraying on Heat Accumulation, Growth, and Yield of Broad Beans.”

This scientific participation comes within the framework of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and exchanging scientific and research expertise.
