Dr. Huda Falih Saad, Head of the Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, participated in a meeting between the head of the university's Women's Affairs Unit and the liaison officers of the units in the university's colleges. The meeting focused on ways to improve operations and prepare for the new academic year.

The meeting addressed mechanisms for strengthening cooperation and forming working groups. It also discussed proposals for organizing impactful events that support women's participation in university life and the wider community. Furthermore, the meeting addressed key obstacles and challenges and explored solutions to enhance the work of the Women's Affairs Units and help them achieve their objectives.
