Participation of a lecturer from the College of Agriculture in the discussion of a master's thesis at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad.

Professor Salem Ajrabbandar, a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra, chaired the committee discussing a master's thesis entitled "Adoption of Tillage and Traction Systems and Their Impact on Farm Decision-Making."

Presented by researcher Saad Anad Al-Shabli from the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad, the study aimed to raise awareness of the Agricultural Production Transformation (CTF) strategy and its adoption as a means of improving farm profitability, environmental sustainability, and maintaining the competitiveness of the agricultural sector.

The researcher recommended the adoption of the conventional tillage system in conjunction with the controlled tillage system (CTF), as this combination has demonstrated significant superiority in improving most of the physical, productivity, and economic characteristics studied. This makes it the ideal choice for achieving higher operational efficiency and productivity in agricultural systems.
