Make sure to put an official photo (such as a photo of the transactions) or as a photo of the student's ID in the official mail|

.The student must change the name to the full name and in the Arabic language exclusively

The examination shall be conducted by official mail exclusively within the scope of the University of Basra (@uobasrah.edu.iq, @avicenna.uobasrah.edu.iq).

The student must be present in the Google Classroom for the final exam, as well as in the Zoom for each exam

The student must provide all the requirements for the electronic examination (computer, mobile, tablet, etc.) and make sure that they work and that the official mail works on them.

The student must ensure that the internet is working and that a suitable alternative is provided in the event of a disruption

The student must activate the flight mode when using Wi-Fi. In the event that the Internet is activated on the phone chip, all contacts must be blocked in order to avoid a defect or interruption during the exam
