The thesis of the researcher (Bushra Fadel Ismail) included selecting two cultivars of Sidr apple and Armoti trees and spraying them with three (0, 3, and 6ml.l1) concentrations of the anti-oxidant stress-resistant and extracting the effective medicinal compound Y*amino butyric acid from the fruits of the Sidr trees of the ripe and unripe apple and Armoti cultivars. mature The study aims to identify the extent of the antioxidant effect on stress resistance and to know the effective medical compound Y*amino butyric acid. It was concluded from the study that the Armouti cultivar was superior in most of the physical, chemical and physiological properties compared to the apple cultivar, that the antioxidant gave the best values at a concentration of 6 ml. L 1 and reached the highest concentration of the active medicinal compound Y*amino butyric acid in the ripe apple cultivar. The thesis recommended the use of a concentration of 6 ml. l of the antioxidant to treat stress and to eat sufficient quantities of the fruits of Sidr, the ripe apple variety, because it contains a high concentration of Y*amino butyric acid.
