University of Basrah organizes a workshop on self-employment between reality and ambition

The Department of Animal Production at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah organized a workshop under the title Freelancing between Reality and Ambition. The workshop aimed to educate participants about the importance of working in the private sector and motivate them to find their own projects instead of waiting for an appointment. The workshop, in which the lecturer, Dr. Adnan Jabbar Jadoua from the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra and Mr. Muhannad Al-Sammak from the Smart Academy, presented 22 projects in the field of animal production that can be started with small amounts not exceeding 3 million Iraqi dinars. Where every graduate can start in any available space in the house to turn it into a profitable animal project that can be expanded later to be a successful business project. The workshop recommended that students rely on self-employment, especially in the field of their university majors and market needs, and not waste time waiting for government work.
