The study aimed to demonstrate the effect of adding the Iraqi probiotic, the commercial imported probiotic and the commercial imported synergistic mixture and comparing them with the synergistic mixture prepared after adding it to the diets of cultured common carp fry on the productive and health performance of the fish by culturing them in the closed system.
The synergistic mixture was prepared from the lactic yeast bacteria used in dairy processing (Lactococcus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus).

The researcher showed that the treatments of the synergistic mixture prepared at a rate of (0.1, 0.15, and 0.2%) were the best results in each of the growth criteria, including final weight, total weight gain, daily, qualitative, relative, and thermal growth rate, and condition coefficient, due to the increase in the bacterial number of lactic acid bacteria in the intestines of names. (Natural useful flora in the intestines) and increase histopathological parameters (the length and width of the villi and the thickness of the muscle layer) and improve the mucous layer of the intestines of fish and increase the parameters of the diet and include the ratio of feed conversion and the ratio of feed efficiency and protein and the production value of protein through the role of lactic acid bacteria in reducing the concentration of phytic acid, which is One of the anti-nutritional factors and an increase in the level of digestive enzymes (alpha-amylase and lipase) and blood parameters related to the health of fish from a positive decrease in each of the lipid profile and liver enzymes and an increase in total protein, albumin and globulin, and an increase in the number of red blood cells, hemoglobin in the blood and the volume of compact cells came after the treatments of the synergistic mixture prepared in These criteria studied the treatment of the Iraqi booster and the synergistic mixture imported merchants Y.
The study recommended the addition of 0.2% of the prepared synergistic thread to the common carp fish diet by educating the owners of fish farming projects on the importance of using the synergistic mixture prepared by fermentation in feeding the farmed fish for the efficient use of the diet. As well as the focus of future studies on the use of other types of beneficial bacteria in the preparation of the synergistic mixture and studies on the reduction of anti-nutritional factors to improve the nutritional value of the diet and raise its quality in diets provided to fish.
