The Dean of the College of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Sajid Saad Hasan, thanked the postgraduate doctoral student, Ali Chaseb Badr, for his follow-up to his research project, which related to wastewater treatment and recycling and its use for irrigation of crops.The research included testing the efficiency of materials used in the coagulation process for dissolved and suspended pollutants of wastewater and selecting the best ones for agricultural purposes, noting that the process includes more than one stage . After each stage of the treatment, the characteristics of the water are determined to find out which treatments are best efficient to removing pollutants and improving water quality to become more suitable for irrigation of crops.
