A research team from Basra University, in cooperation with the American University of Logan, was able to record new isolates of Pseudomonas fluorescens

A research team consisting of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Nima Habib, Prof. Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Muhammad and Lecturer Dr. Israa Yaqoub Youssef, in cooperation with a research team from Logan University in the United States, managed to register five new isolates of Pseudomonas fluorescens in the Global Genebank NCBI, which are new isolates that were not previously recorded.  , As the genetic sequence of these isolates was documented for the first time and a number of mutations were recorded that were not previously documented, and these bacteria were isolated from carp fish available in the local market.
