Effect of addition of TDZ and PG to the medium and the type of medium on affects the physical, chemical, and physiological traits

Effect of addition of TDZ and PG to the medium and the type of medium on affects the physical, chemical, and physiological traits. The study showed  genetic match with the two techniques ISSR (814, 844a, HB9, HB10, ISSR6) and RABD (opa02, opa12, opb07, opd10, opo07) The study demonstrated the success of transferring the gene SeNHX1 responsible for plant resistance to salinity into callus tissue.
The experiment aimed is to verify TDZ and PG's efficacy in the micropropagation of Phoenix dactylifera. L in the bioreactor system and prove  its success in genetic matching and GM technology by transfer salt-resistant gene SeNHX1 to callus. The results of study showed the following:
Conclusions:
The explant grown in the liquid medium using the Bioreactors system was superior in the physical, chemical, physiological, and endogenous hormone content of the plant tissue. It gave positive indicators better than the explant grown in the solid medium.
Recommendations
Using the bioreactor to obtain a large number of resulting plants..
