Life is restored to the Agricultural Research and Experiments Station in Al-Hartha with the efforts of the teaching staff, graduate students, faculty members, and a number of local people 
 To be in line with the college’s vision and curriculum, of necessity
 Increasing green areas  in the city of Basrah  and spreading culture
 Preserving the ecosystem by creating a balance between the density of  human population
 And the amount of green spaces because of its impact on human physical and psychological health,  moreover
 It is a step in   establishing pilot projects to train students, develop their skills, and encourage them to establish and manage agricultural projects
 This is consistent with the college's mission towards its community surroundings
