Today, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the College of Pharmacy held a table tennis tournament between the university's colleges. The tournament was held amidst a unique competitive atmosphere and high sportsmanship among the participants.

The College of Agriculture participated in the tournament with its team, consisting of student Mohammed Abdul-Baqi Awad from the Department of Plant Protection and student Karam Jaafar Sadiq from the Department of Soil – Graduate Studies.

The College of Agriculture team achieved a well-deserved victory over the College of Informatics team, with a score of 3-0, confirming its superiority and worthiness in these university competitions.

For its part, the Deanship of the College of Agriculture, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Sarmed Ghazi Muhammad Al-Shawi, congratulated the winning players, appreciating their efforts and honorable representation of the college. The Deanship affirmed its continued support for student participation in various sports activities that contribute to enhancing the spirit of cooperation and positive competition among them.
