The President of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and Mr. Dean of the College of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Raghadan Hashim Mohsen, a new hall for discussions in the Department of Animal Production in the college. The opening ceremony took place in the presence of the heads of departments and units in the college.

The hall has been carefully designed to meet the needs of students and faculty members in the Department of Animal Production. The auditorium has a capacity of 62 chairs, which allows for group discussions and various academic activities, which contributes to improving the quality of communication and understanding of lectures and discussions. Also available are advanced presentation technologies and a large projection screen for displaying visual content, and the hall is an ideal environment for learning and academic discussions. The availability of comfortable seating places and appropriate lighting enhances the comfort and focus of the attendees during discussions and seminars.

At the opening ceremony, the President of the University and the Dean of the College of Agriculture expressed their happiness at providing this modern infrastructure for students and faculty.
