The Dean of the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra conducts a field visit to monitor the digital transformation and academic progress at the college.

In accordance with the directives of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim Al-Asadi, the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Muhammad Al-Shawi, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Sadiq Jabbar Muhsin, and the heads of departments, conducted an extensive field visit to the morning classes.

The Dean urged students to activate their accounts on the SIS system and the IQ-Learn platform to ensure the continuity of the educational process digitally. He also emphasized the importance of students watching the platform's introductory videos explaining the registration process to maximize their use of the digital tools supporting education. Furthermore, he stressed to the instructors the necessity of uploading lectures and course materials electronically according to the approved schedules.

The Dean concluded his visit by affirming that these measures aim to enhance the academic and technical performance of the college, ultimately serving the best interests of both the students and the university.
