Dr. Salah Mahdi Sultan, a faculty member at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, participated in the discussion of a master's thesis by student Harith Farhan Khalaf at the College of Agriculture, University of Anbar. The thesis, titled "Evaluation of Land and Groundwater in Some Areas of Al-Qaim District and Determining Their Suitability for Wheat and Olive Cultivation in the Arid Environment of the Western Iraqi Desert," aimed to assess the suitability of certain lands in Al-Qaim District for wheat and olive cultivation.
