The Student Activities Division and the Media and Government Communication Division at the College of Agriculture, with broad participation from the College of Humanities Education, held an art exhibition of student drawings on Tuesday, February 24, 2020. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Sadiq Jabbar Mohsen, who toured the displayed artworks, praising the creative level and outstanding skills demonstrated by the participating students from both colleges.
The exhibition included a large number of paintings depicting various aspects of Iraqi reality and daily life, as well as several Arabic calligraphy pieces.
The exhibition aimed to enhance the talents of the participating students, showcase their artistic abilities, and activate the role of extracurricular activities in developing the university student's character.
Professor Dr. Sadiq emphasized the importance of such events, noting that the university is not merely a place for acquiring academic knowledge, but also a platform for nurturing and refining creative energies. He added that this collaboration between the Colleges of Agriculture and Humanities Education represents a pioneering model of intellectual and artistic integration.
