As part of the University of Basra's commitment to monitoring the examination process for undergraduate students, the Examinations Monitoring Committee conducted a field visit to the College of Agriculture to assess the organization of the examinations and the readiness of the examination halls.

During the visit, the committee reviewed the established organizational procedures, which included preparing the examination halls and providing the necessary resources to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations and adherence to the approved ministerial instructions and regulations.

The committee emphasized the importance of providing a suitable examination environment that upholds the principles of fairness and transparency among students and supports them in performing their best.

The committee commended the efforts of the College of Agriculture's deanship and examination committees, praising the high level of organization and discipline, which reflects a commitment to the success of the examination process according to the approved academic standards.
