The College of Agriculture at the University of Basra received the Central Evaluation Committee, formed by the University Presidency, as part of its field monitoring of the final examinations and evaluation of the work of the examination committees in the academic departments.
The visit included the examination committees in the college's departments to review the examination organization procedures and the availability of necessary resources to ensure a smooth examination process for students. The committee also monitored the organizational and administrative procedures in place within the examination halls.
During its visit, the committee reviewed the work of the examination committees at the college, the mechanisms for preparing and organizing examination records and documents, and ensured that a suitable environment was provided for students in accordance with the approved university regulations and guidelines.
The Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Mohammed Al-Shawi, affirmed the college's commitment to providing all necessary resources to ensure the success of the examination process. This commitment aims to enhance the quality of academic performance and achieve the highest levels of discipline and organization within the examination halls.
This visit is part of the ongoing efforts of the University of Basra Presidency to monitor the final examinations and ensure the application of approved academic and organizational standards across all colleges of the university.
